Wtf gives cavecreek???

All fucking day you?ve been down? ALL FUCKING DAY.

In case you?re not aware of it we are trying to make a living.

This industry hasn?t been tough enough for us lately, do we also have to contend with our sites functioning?

Do you feel any obligation to your clients?

Their related hosts like securedservers have been having some issues as well today.

Someone posted this image live from Headquarters on WebhostingTalk

Looks pretty bad. ;)

My Securedservers stuff is loading very slowly. It looks like it has been limited to about 1mbit for four hours now.

Same here.

They emailed me and said they have network issues and are working on it now.

Hello Slambino,

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working to resolve it as soon as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I?m really not sure if it?s a major network outage, most other sites are puling up fine.
Also did traceroutes and they trace fine, all but mine that is. If it is a network problem I bet is level3, why the fuck they use them is beyond me.

But I?m just a dumb webmaster trying to grind out a living.

I would like to say apology accepted and if it was an hour or so downtime this conversation would not be taking place but all this time for a site to be down is hard to swallow.

I just hope when it gets corrected you will be decent enough to explain what caused it and what precautions are being taken to see that it doesn’t happen again.

There are no errors

"There has not been any problems that we are aware of. I have checked on the amount of sales and compare them to ones in the past which I do see what you mean. But once again there has not been a problem lately. If you have anymore questions please feel free to contact us."

This is the reply i get, when emailing client support earlier about "what is going on, and why no sales are being registered" :Oh crap

There are never problems and it's always your fault.

Perhaps client support (CCBill) wasn't aware of it at that time but cavecreek support was and said they we're working on it. Big deal I agree because they're still down and it’s frustrating to say the least.
