Why all the hate?

Other companies like Vivid offer people who are in the news money to be in a porn video and everyone laughs. Hell, I even remember when I think it was Pink Visual offered Conan O'Brien a starring role and everyone thought it was great. Fleshlight does it and it brings out the haters?
