Payoneer rep please come in here...

i hate it., when i try to contact your support by live chat and by using email support., your guys just dont understand my issue and you guys/your representatives keep telling/giving me worthless info which i already know.,

thanks for your time.

my issue.,

I promote webcamwiz.com, now i have funds in there and previously my payment option was cheque so as for now i have payoneer card with me,
1-2 days back i logged in to the webcamwiz.com and selected "payoneer" as a payment method in webcamwiz.com.
so it asked me to associate/attach/bind my current card with the sponsor webcamwiz.com so that they can transfer me funds.

so i clicked the link, that opened in new window on payoneer.com, so i could apply for either new card or enter my current card details and associate/attach/bind my card with the sponsor webcamwiz.com.

so i filled the form, like card number and DOB, username and pw..,
then i hit submit.,
i got
ACCESS DENIED

Thats the issue.

your guys keep telling me that my country's "India"'s regulation have changed so i cant use the card.,

i know that and i dont even want to use the card, i just want to accept the money ....

i can login to my account in payoneer dashboard using t he pw so pw isnt the issue.

if you still dont understand the issue, then please hit me up.,

you dont understand how hard it is to control anger and not to use vulgar words after quitting drinking and smoking.

thanks for your time.
have a gr8 day ahead.,

Hey

Can you please email me from the account that you have on file with us? I will take care of this (though it may take a couple of days since we have to change your account). The problem is that, since you can't use the card, we can't "attach" a new partner to it. Email me and I will have your account "converted" and we'll get you bank transfers up and running. I'm very sorry about the problems you had with our reps - once I have your email, I can see the conversations and talk to our support managers to make sure this issue is understood.

Yeah, for some reason they only issue prepaid cards to US citizens, and only allow transfers into 25 or so countries, so it's pretty useless for most people.

Just so you know, we offer bank transfers all over the world (they cost up to $9.95, depending on the country and the partner, plus the currency conversion, of course). Almost all partners have made this available already or are in the process to make it available. It means avoiding the card altogether (which has pluses and minuses, of course).

thaks a lot guys., i m in the process to contact you and sort out the issue.

Sure. The easiest would actually be for you to sign up for a new account and select the bank transfer with the new partner, but I would assume that you would want to use your existing address. Since the bank transfers are automatic (they don't "stop" in a Payoneer account, but are sent directly to your bank account), the type of account that you open with Payoneer is different.

If you have a second address to use, you can sign up now with it, but if you want to use your existing address, I would need you to email me so I can free up your email address for you.

I am not in the States right now, so it's almost 10 PM here. If you email me fairly soon, I will free up your email tonight, otherwise I may only be able to do it for you tomorrow.

Glad to hear this is taken care of, I just signed up for a card and waiting for it in the mail

Really? Such as who? I mean, we have 1400ish partners, so clearly we don't have everyone working with us.

You know - yet. :1orglaugh

Yes there is. It's not that financial companies try to "screw" you over everywhere we can - those of us that aren't banks are charged for every type of transaction we make, too, you know. :)

Nope, we don't outsource anything. We couldn't even if we wanted to because this deals with sensitive information. Our team is mostly English speakers, with Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and several other languages as well for those who want support in different languages. Our support team sits 4 offices down from where I sit.

I would really like to ask that whenever you guys have problems with our support team that you contact me (email or ICQ) so i can check to see what happened. I absolutely get you being annoyed when you get a bad answer, but if you guys don't let me know who you are in our system, I can't look up the conversations/emails and make sure that we fix it. When I see that an agent incorrectly answered a question or mistreated a customer, the first thing I do is send the ticket to one of their managers (and follow up on it) to make sure it's fixed.

I do respect the fact that you weren't vulgar and made your issue concise and to the point. Hell, you even added ""have a gr8 day ahead"! A practice that is uncommon 'round here.
:thumbsup
