best file compare software?

i want to compare two stylesheets, one an old version, and one a new version.

windows preferably, or linux

Try with Total Commander select two files and than just go Files -> Compare by content

or with WinMerge

diff file1 file2 ?

The fastest thing might be to upload it to a Unix box and do this.

ya i went with beyond compare pro ;)

I use this one...

diff -Bbdiy file1 file2 | less

Convert the files to csv's and then do a diff
