Who has goth or emo tattoo or alt or fetish skim for sale?

define SKIM....

I think most people use the term for clicks produced by sending a certain % of traffic to sponsors/advertisers when the surfer clicks. It would be targeted for a niche if the surfer was clicking on content/text which indicated that niche.

Is there another way to use the term?

I'm down for buying other varieties of niche traffic, if you have something you are wondering whether to pitch.
