the sad thing is that guy that was shot.. He was NOT American.

It just depends from two factors will it, and when it will happen. First is when USA will decide to let those terrorists start mess and make same scenario as it was in Kosovo (it will be prolonged as long as puppet regime in Serbia is licking west ass and selling everything that can be sold but that is almost near end after more then 10 years of selling properties and national wealth).

Second factor is possible stronger ties with Russia ( http://www.economist.com/node/15464941 ) that can let Serbs finally deal with this without western involvement and human rights shit. It all depends of incoming elections but since main oposition leader that was pro russian for many years , suddenly started going into US and UK embassy on late meetings behind closed doors (after sudden and public jump in his income and personal wealth),I personally doubt that anything will change there.
