The Chinese won't "bail out" Europe. Whatever the Chinese do, they do for themselves - they are in it to win it. So in exchange for "helping" Europe, expect them to extract a pretty heavy price.

I wouldn't call their economy growth a bubble. It is one thing to have your economy grow with rates of 5% for a few years (eg Poland right now) and another one with rates of 10% or so for over 30.
