Bingo they cant and the regulations they do have are designed to make it hard for small businesses to compete with larger ones.

That response above was posted by one of my kids.

Once a company gets to a point, they have to start buying the access to keep growing. Otherwise something always seems to get in the way. That point is now much further than it ever was before but it still happens.
