Thoughts on domain usage?
Looking for other peoples views on this as I ponder it myself...
Say I am considering promoting a mainstream product, the mainstream product is for example known as 'pregnancyclock'. It has been using this term commercially for a couple of years. Assume 'pregnancyclock' isn't trademarked and the two individual words that make it up aren't trademarked either. Would you still go ahead and buy domains with the 'pregnancyclock' in the URL to promote with? GFY lawyers do your stuff. |
You are either VERY clever guy, or you iz 'avin a bit of a troll, like, innit? '

The example I used is purely an example, I had to think of something as far away from the actual product as possible but make it sound feasible and understandable so as not to confuse some of those easily confused on here that might get wrapped in the detail of the name :) |
