Our site is up and functioning properly. I'll send a note to the techs and ask them to take a quick look and confirm everything is fine.

I can login but after that processing of MasterCard data seems to be impossible and I can't go to any other section either. Probably something with the Choice Bank API or Choice Bank server!?

Btw, as we already have Ruth in here... can't really remember, is it already possible to fund the account from a European bank account (EUR zone) or is that feature still in the making?

RandyD 11-02-2011 12:38 PM

sites up but you cant get mastercard balane, it times out

RuthB 11-02-2011 12:44 PM

Our techs are currently investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will have everything fully functional ASAP. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

OneWhoKnows - Yes, you can fund your account with a wire in EURO denomination if you prefer. :thumbsup

Wasn't down, but the part that was ackowledgin the transfers from the checking to MC account was timing out. I was on a call to godaddy and it failed once, then went through the second time a few minutes later...

All good!

We have EUR checking accounts available inside your Paxum Control Panel.

If you wish to withdraw to your EUR bank account simply Add the EUR currency and then transfer your funds from your Paxum USD checking to your Paxum EUR checking account (there is no fee for that transfer).

From the Paxum EUR checking account you can then make your withdrawal to your EUR bank in EUR funds.

:thumbsup

Ok, maybe I should have added this important info ;) Is it possible to fund my Paxum account via SEPA transfers? These are transfers available in all EUR countries, completely free within the EU and completed within 1-2 business days. As you can imagine they became really common here, and afaik emc2payouts was offering them.

I guess Paxum only offers standard wires (US system) right now? If that's the case, please consider adding SEPA transfers, as wires are slow and expensive for Europeans.
