Thanks. Any help is appreciated. Perhaps I can do $110 for $100. If I send as a gift, I can't ever get it back and no fees are charged on your end to receive it. Not only that, but I won't be able to file a claim against it so it actually puts me at more risk.

having same question too, so here is a bump for you....

if you claim that someone used your credit card and it was not you you can still claim it back even if you send a gift you should only send payments to someone you know also payment transfers from paypal to another company is very risky
