Need a php coder that knows links organizer + Linkspun

Looking for a programmer that is familiar with Links Organizer & Linkspun
I need an addon for LO made so I can cut n paste the setup page contents of link trades and press add... so i don't have to add every single trade 1 by 1 to LO
