Paxum question. If you use Paxum you might be able to answer for me. ASAP issue.

Can't get through to their support agents over the phone.

I'm trying to transfer the funds from my Paxum Checking account to my Mastercard.

Keeps giving the the Error: You don't have enough money to transfer. Please enter a correct value for Amount field.

I'm looking at the checking account on Paxum with the $ amount in the account.. I entered it the way it has been shown. Not working.

How do you guys enter the amount to transfer? X,XXX.XX

What he said.. If you're trying to transfer everything, you need to deduct the 0.25 fee from it first... Stupid that they haven't fixed that yet to show the actual amount available with the fee already deducted.

I had that once when I entered the wrong code and then tried again.. Think I just logged out and in again, entered everything 100% correct and it went away.

Or maybe even simply deduct the fee, from the amount you select...not like $0.25 makes a difference, but a lot of people probably make that mistake when transferring the money.

Yeah, the system should tell you that a transfer fee will be deducted, in the amount of $0.25 for personal accounts. It's stupid that the user would have to calculate for that on his own.

That's a very cheap solution Paxum, please re-program the system to calculate for this automatically.

I get this same message when trying to transfer any amount of money. I emailed support and got this answer:

"Our technical department is working to resolve some issues and the payment processor is not working right now, you can try to transfer the funds later after a few hours we do not have an estimated period, but we hope to solve this issue as soon as possible, it may be possible for you to transfer smaller amounts repeatedly."

So I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved. It's been over 24 hours now.

Paxum should include this suggestion Chris:

We should get a notification email nor a successful message in our screen after we transfer to another paxum account OR to our check and master card that's it! This suggestion has been made by the last October 2010 no action yet! LOL

Now my account is under investigation because it's not working properly.
