I'm not sure how big of a story this is outside of PA, but I'm in central PA and this is huge. As opiniated as everyone is on here, especially with the nature of the crimes, I thought there'd be a lot of people voicing opinions. Particularly on how JoePa is claiming ignorance on the whole issue, when it's obvious he knew what was going on, and merely went to his superiors rather than notifying authorities.

I read about it on yahoo and cnn. Joe should have notified the police when he got wind of something like that.
