Elivated X terms of Service Change

I logged into Elivated X to update a website today, and they have a new terms of service for you to agree too, You do not have the ability to update your sites unless you first agree, does anyone know what the difference in the terms of service are?

don't get me wrong, I love Elivated X, but just curious what the changes are...

I wonder if they are preparing for the stop piracy law to go into effect. everyone should prepare thier sites now, delete everything you don't own rights to use!

:thumbsup

If I'm not mistaken AJ was here a while back announcing the changes. Try searching for his screen name, "AJHall" in the search function and then show threads created by this user and you should be able ot find it quite easily.

ok thanks

Sorry if this caused alarm. This new prompt to read/agree to the software license agreement was only to make sure that we have agreements on file for everyone who has an active install of our software.

There has been no change to our terms.

No need to apologize, this is the standard way to do this. Same technique as Sony ( Playstation ), Microsoft, Apple, etc... Business is business.
