Its 10 or 11 am there. Not everybody on GFY is a fake nick stuck in a third world country like yourself. And they're staffed 24/7/365.

I've talked to them now but their phone was going to voicemail all day and this was about a ticket I had already responded to.

I'll just say that their default page for working on websites could be a lot better. :(

That's weird. Email sales@certified ... Kacy the owner usually monitors that email address and will escalate it for you if she sees it. I think admin@certified also goes to her but not sure. Kacy@certified may as well.
