Who can handle a custom webcam site?
 

All of the out of the box stuff just looks so plain and boring. Who can put together a nice webcam site with smooth streams, a tip feature, affiliate program etc?

I'd even buy something that is ready as long as it's a more modern implementation than the same stuff I could buy 5 years ago.
