last period i saw the payment as "pending" like it usually does then it disappeared and was not payed.

I personally don't think it will come to that point as the stock will be taken off market when it hits below $1

Delisting takes a while it isn't instant.

Also, they supposedly have a short term cash position of 28m (or 15m if they made that purchase) and the stock won't go any lower than cash on hand.

Well at least competition is not paying with borrowed money, and they're not THAT aggresive with media buys. Probably you're right, it got to the point where AFF demise would not tank anyone, but at least that maybe will keep that "community" of illegal tubes from expanding further, and make the remaining ones feel less comfortable. That's good enough in my book.

FFN is under a $1. For those of you who said you would load up on it at this price, you better hurry. FFN will be over $10 in 2012.
