20 months??? The normal quota for selling websites is 10 months income or what people are willing to pay. Good luck on the sale :)

This is not true at all, it's 10 months for crap websites that have a good chance to have a decrease in revenues in the near future. Actually valuable web properties have always been 15-36 months or more.
