Well with Epoch dropping their entire ACH program out of the blue after 15 years (yikes), we need to look at all our options. At this point we will probably go with CCbill and/or WTS. how do you get in touch with him, he does not respond to voice mail...especially when the company he brokered your merch account with up and steals your money

Is your ach bank the same bank that has repeatedly lied to us about our settlement payouts, or is that another bank....hate to jump in all your threads but that is what happens when you don't return calls of disgruntled clients

remember its 2 sides to every story if you don' take time to hear mine, how do you get the full story

a return phone call would be professional and the right thing to do
