I'm bumping this for personal reasons. Forgive me... or don't.

They work better then not doing it...

Popunders work fine for me, so does clicked traffic.

The only requirement that I have on blind traffic is that the geo matches the processors.

To me, if your buying any ads from anywhere.. you need to have a killer ad/landing page that seems incredibly enticing and appeals to a wide demo.
