I got a shitload of them last year, but none so far this year. Do they stop sending them out if actually use them?

As mentioned above, plenty of people sell them on DP (if you`re going to try this, use someone established who has a history of offering them as that place has plenty of scammers). Alternatively, google it and you will see that some people list the codes on their blogs etc.

yeah, you can get a $100 adwords credit for something like 12 bucks. I picked one up on DP a while ago.
