In case you did not get the mail, there are some some important new features on MPS that you need to be aware of:

CHAT MESSENGER SYSTEM:

Some of you might have noticed the new "Open Chat Window" icon in the upper right-hand corner of your web owner control panel. This new feature is now fully functional and will allow you to chat with customers on the network. Features include: Text messaging, Links formatting, Multiple sessions, Accept/decline invitation, Advanced text formatting, Send images and files, and One-to-one audio/video chat. This is Phase 1 of the new chat system.

Phase 2 will allow for chat billing on a per minute basis. For now please use the chat system to set up calls and enhance pay per minute phone sessions. Please click on the "Open Chat Window" and watch the tutorial video explaining how to use this new feature.

We are starting a large advertising campaign this week to market our new chat system. On every operator's web page customer's will see a link, "Chat Now!". When they click on this link a chat invitation will be sent to the operator. We are also advertising all operators available for chats on : http://adult.myphonesite.com/live-chat.html


*Important* Do not log your operators as available for chat if they are not. It is very important that you only use the chat messenger when you are able to chat with customers.

WEB OWNER NEWSLETTER FEATURE:

You can send announcements to every customer subscribed to your newsletter:pimp How do customers subscribe? If a customers calls or sends a message any operator on your website he will automatically be added to your newsletter. Newsletters can be sent as simply text or HTML. Only the web owner can send newsletters.

Please note that newsletters are for announcements only and not for personal messages. Your MPS website URL will automatically appear in the newsletter along with a link back to your site. Customers will be able to unsubscribe to the newsletter if they wish. Please do not spam customers.

INDIVIDUAL OPERATOR WITHDRAWAL FROM WEB OWNER:

You can now withdrawal from each operator on your site from the web owner withdrawal section. You will see 2 tabs: Web Owner Account and Operator(s) Account. This will allow you more control of operator withdrawals.
