WANTED: Splash page like shanesworld
 

I'm looking for a designer that can make a splash page similar to that on shanesworld.com. However this will be a male/gay college dorm type site. I'm not looking for a simple jpg graphic, I want the video mouse-overs just like on shanesworld, and just an overall awesome looking page. Hit me up on ICQ if you can do this with a quote. Thanks.
