Do you allow people to sign up through Proxy/Tor/VPN?
 

So one of the program owners was telling me about the frauds and pirates using false name and proxy to buy accounts off his website, do you block IPs coming from TOR exit nodes, Proxies and VPNs? wont you loose sales from countries with national firewall or people who just want to be anonym about porn purchasing?

People using proxies to make a purchase have a high likelihood of fraud. Processors need to have accurate IP's to determine if a purchase is coming from the actual user or if its been compromised. Would you allow a purchase if the credit card was issued in the USA but over an IP in Russia?
