I am reading that WalMarts are crazy today
Do you think police showed up in riot gear and pepper sprayed the people fighting over $2 waffle irons?
Looked pretty violent. |
Wal Mart always attracts the damn 99%.

Maybe she thought the people she pepper sprayed are characters in the video game? I'm a unix guy, not a video game programmer, but I wish I could write "doom style" video games. It'd be fun to do a "black friday doom" where the goal is to kill off other shoppers before they kill you, and grab electronics off the shelves. It'd get some controversy, which would probably help sales :weihnacht |
Below is a photo I took of my g/f and one of her 6 kids while we waited for waffle irons to go on sale. It was crazy, we waited in line for hours. Thank god we brought enough corn dogs and Mountain Dew to eat.

I work the register at a Walmart.
This Black Friday my store was rather uneventful, the cops did have to be called about 15 minutes into opening though, might be a record for our store. Guy's credit card got declined and he refused to move away from the register, so nobody else could be helped. He had to be removed from the store. Other than that, just 13 hours of the usual black friday madness. |

Remember Target employees not petitioning to open at midnight?
This morning somewhere around here a cop had to rescue a woman coming home from her Target shift... she ran off the road into a pond or something and couldn't swim. She claimed exhaustion. The media contacted target and received a generic response about how they care about their team members. I laughed. |
