In the US would they actually arrest someone on that charge if they didn't have actual evidence it was child porn or would they arrest on a charge of suspicion of possession of child porn instead?

Probably detained and even arrested for suspicion. Once the prosecutor reviews evidence he would then be released or officially charged with possession. That's how it should work anyway.

That's what I was thinking. If he was arrested for looking Little Lupe or something, he's gonna have a huge lawsuit against the airline, the police, and the person reporting him.

I haven't seen the pictures so I can't say he's guilty... It could of been pictures of legal girls in bikini's or laying topless. Some people think the Victoria Secret catalog is porn so until there is hard proof he's innocent.

I was just on a flight watching some movie I downloaded from iTunes. Change Up I think, but had some pretty big nudity scenes in it and I was in the first row. I had to quick move the screen so I wouldnt get any issues from other pax about watching porn :1orglaugh
