he killed a lot people. he has been found insane. he may not pay for his crimes because of it.

insane or not, he still knew what he was doing.

He is in fact accountable. It doesn't matter if he's insane or not, he did the crime. Him being insane is irreverent. You have to be insane to commit a crime like that.

So if he is deemed insane wont he go to an asylum of some type?
He has to be nuts to play crazy and be sent to a hospital instead, right?

Would rather spend my time there then at a crazy house. I can only assume he would be getting the same amount of time if not more at the looney bin but I don't know how things are run over there so excuse me if I am wrong.
