How do you store your 2257 documentation?

A question about 2257 documentation. When you buy content from a provider and you receive 2257 documentation how do you guys
keep it organised and easy to search (according to 2257 regulation)? Do you use software? If so, can anybody recommend a affordable
program? :helpme I was just wondering.
