Be more specific as to what you want, there are banner makers and there are flash developers. I know AS1/2/3. I don't make banners.

Beaner, no, but I code to the rfc protocol specifications(clients) with as1-3, I do cryptography and compression, sockets, swf security, am programmatic directly to the active X which opens up C++/ for clients. I don't however work for clients because these are low level implements that are a far cry from designing vectors.

StripperCash, You need a Flash Designer not Flash Developer, at least by the sounds of it. It's graphical, chronological, and cinematographic? Minus any unknown interactivity, that there, requires no code, just the rare gift of design which you can expect to pay for in relation to the quality shitted out.

If you tell me what the word script involves per the events/graphics, on a frame by frame basis, I might make some references you can directly pursue.
