Need designers that can start project ASAP
 

In particular, I need somebody that can produce high end galleries and/or flash banners.

Also, if you do photo retouching, even better.

Time really is of importance for me on this one. This will be a fairly smallish project but down the line it could result in a much bigger order.

Portfolios or at least examples are a must.
