seriouzzzly... I have a couple top quality tube domains that i want to build/market and looking for someone to help me head in the right direction as ive put this off for long enought and dont want to waste more time making mistakes figuring this tube stuff out as i have never managed a tube before.

i dont really need a script as i believe i have a good idea of the best ie mechbunny and stp etc.

looking for someone to help me with getting it off the ground , manage & build up traffic to it... sooo anyone on this webmaster board with the experience to get this off the ground with no bs?

this is of course paid work + extra buckaroos if this works out as i believe it should.

You can setup tube script, you can buy traffic, you can enable user uploads :D
Rest is simple, buy hardlinks, try to get as much bookmarkers you can and some serious SE traffic
Sell ads or try to monetize via your sites, ref.links etc and make some ROI...
