Blog RSS Feeds

I've been using rss feeds from multiple sponsors these days. When doing so do you recommend using anything specific to alter the text or rewrite the text? Is it necessary even?

One thing I did was mix several sponsor posts into one with some news article text or similar somewhere on the page as well. This isn't as good as hand written material but it's better than the bullshit every idiot affiliate on earth is doing.
