Need help with VIDEO STREAMING site proposal
 

Am working up a proposal for a site that combines streaming video of movies and simultaneous live 2-way-capable cam off my own hosted servers rather than via a canned solution from ustream, youtube, etc.

Are there any sites already out there that combine these 2 features?

Looking for an idea of costs and things to look for in terms of site design, tech setup, bandwidth allocation, etc.
