In that case, try hot Roasted Barley Tea sometime (in Japan it's called Mugicha). It is especially good served chilled during hot weather, as it really quenches your thirst.

I have been drinking the stabilized powder mix for a few months now.

First thing in the morning as soon as I wake up.

It definitively gives me an energy boost and makes me feel good.

Stick with it.

But even better if you can find some fresh coconut juice that is even better !
