I used to keep a bunch of blogs and some smaller tgps on jaguarpc.com vps and they worked fine (I had one of the cheaper plans so support was charged a few times for some things which might have been done for free on other hosts, but overall a good experience)

I have some shared sites hosted at Go Daddy which run fine but if you need something stronger I have had a VPS from Liquid Web that point blank has seen zero downtime as I monitor that shit with a 1 minute monitor, very impressed with them, little more expensive than some others but it's never down.
