Happened with the video not long ago where these black guys were harassing a mentally retarded lady. The police station got something like 400 calls in 2 days.

So they create and post the videos to glamorize and enjoy beating the shit out of someone, but it ends up in the arrest of someone that needs to be off the street. If only they were smart enough to know that.
