How To Download Your Emails From GMail?

Google is beyond arrogant. For me, the new "Mystery Meat" icon laden GMail is useless. Anyone know how I can download the email I've got stored at GMail?

I neither signed up for - nor did I agree to - the changes they've made to my account.

You can revert to the old look, click the gear icon.

Not sure until when this will be possible.

Ah thank you. Wish they'd leave it the fuck alone.

uh, gmail works with both pop3 and imap.

Set up your email client to download your mail.

I have GMAil set up to GET my POP3 mail. How do I navigate their new mystery meat menus to DOWNLOAD my old emails?

I guess I'll just cut and paste the ones I need. Google is beyond arrogant. I can "temporarily" switch back to the old look, but I still can't find a way to download my old emails.

I guess I'll pull a DVTimes and copy pasta what I want to keep.

nice email copy and paste!!!!

I've already stopped redirecting my emails to GMail. I'd just like to bulk download the old ones instead of going through them one at a time.

Anyways, no big deal.

I fucking hate the new look. I kept changing back to the original but now it looks like I'm forced to use this ugly mess.

I meant, get an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook or something. Set it up to download your gmail via pop3 and ALL of your mail will be downloaded to your computer.

try to reconfigure Forwarding and POP/IMAP in Mail settings
disable it and enable it again with the option

Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)
