eBook selling question

I'm venturing down a different path and offering education to clients, to teach them the skills of the trade rather than charging them for services, well most of them.

Anyway, put a lot of thought into this including a business plan and its looking good, but I'm sure someone here has some experience in this area, so I figured I would ask.

First, is it safe to sell information, book seminars and offer on-site consulting as a sole proprietor? Or should I be setting up an LLC for this? I'd like to avoid any unnecessary expenses at first, but the last thing I want to have happen is some jackass tries to sue me saying I guided him wrong.

Second, is there any good DRM solution for ebooks? These are not "get rich quick" kind of books for $20 bucks a pop, but rather some lengthy details on advertising including a lot of "insider secrets." I'm trying to figure out a way to prevent selling two of these then have them flooded all over the web.

Any suggestions?

Are you going to promote it using one of those usual 1999 looking salesman ebook pages? Probably works but I don't take them seriously for obvious reasons.

They work. #1 reason I don't do those kind of mainstream offers. :1orglaugh

I'm writing 2 one on my porn story and the other on shooting porn. See sig.

The key is who markets it. Hit me up for the little I know.

I would suggest having a full information page absolving you from any kind of liability that the e-books have...and have them digitally sign it when they buy.

Good luck- great idea.

Pointless. Anybody can read it and type it out as their own.

If you sell it as a download, it can be converted. Even a PDF can be converted to text and then to word and then to what ever.

JPEG is the only way out and even that can be written as a copy. Lot of work though.

Here it is...

your blog sucks ass because there are no tits or ass, or video of shooting, or nothing. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see some pics.

You could make your story so much better if:

1) Add some live naked shit up top
2) Do not assume the reader knows your story... tell your story
