Nothing new really. They did the same thing during the protests in Wisconsin to try to demonize the teacher's unions. That's why they call themselves a news entertainment organization. You can get more accurate news reports from comedy central.

Fox News has actually been to court against someone and won saying that they dont have to broadcast real news.

Sure. Clearly RT handles Russian politics with kid gloves, but I find they cover Western issues with a high degree of accuracy.

As about the situation in Russia, so it's really not quiet. The people (including myself) are seriously worried regarding the falsification of the parliament election results. According to all independent polls (including the exit polls results), Putin's party has stolen a lot of voices from the Communist Party (the actual leader) and Yabloko (these even didn't pass into parliament).

Tomorrow (on December 10th), there will be a huge protest action in Moscow and whole Russia.
