Yes of course, but everyone is used to his fat funny guy character, I think they call it typecasting. Even the movie he has coming out in theaters right now he is still the chubby guy. People may not like the thinner version of him.

i don't think it's that people don't find them funny anymore after they lose the weight. i don't think they want to be cast as the funny fat guy anymore. they almost take themselves too serious after they lose the weight.

Looks like he plumped up for his new role in 'The Sitter' which is coming out right now. Jonah Hill is one of the hottest commodities in Hollywood right now. The off screen weight loss has not hurt his career one bit.

How about Will Sasso from MadTV. He still shows up in the odd show, but for some reason he no longer seems funny. He's still a big guy but no longer morbidly obese like he used to be.
