xxxhostit still alive?

I have sent their support a few messages since monday and no response. Trying to login to a virtual account I have but keep getting connection refused message

If they run with verotel, they must be an ok hosting company... Anyone else used them?

we made a few upgrades to both our login protocols and hardware ,
so chances are you need new login info.
