Looking for Hardlink Exchanges

I am looking for sites with decent positions in the serps for at least some of their targeted terms to link to a site of mine that I am currently developing.

In exchange, I have a number of sites that I can link back to you from. All of my sites are old...close to 15 years old, or older. I've always owned them. I have sites with decent pr, decent alexa's, and decent positions in the serps. If you'd like links on such sites and have something similar that you can link back to me on, please hit me up on icq.
