I always had problems with these guys. Why Germans can't learn english at first place? Anyone using them ? Now affiliate-cash.de don't work anymore, and if I understand good, member-cash.de is new site. Inside member zone , most things are not translated, support not answering to emails, or responding shit.

Do you promote their sites and wha't going on with old links ?

Why can't you learn English at first place?

Here is the emails I've got as of late from them

Dear Webmaster:

As we have already announced last week, we have made our relaunch on Wednesday 07.12.2011. This relaunch caused uncertainties among the Affiliates.

In general:
- All old affiliate links are still active and fully functional!!! You will not loose any share!!!
- All shares of member-cash web pages will be listed in the new system.
- Old statistics are listed in the old system. Please try the link: www.affiliate-cash.de > Statistics
- Your old sales-id is the same as the name of the (new) campaign we have created in the new system. We advise you to implement the new links. If you click one of the campaign name in section Campaigns, you will receive the link that you need for placing a text link, banner, etc on your web site. Every click and associated turnover resulting from this link will now be assigned to this specific campaign and outlined accordingly in the "Campaign Summary" (see statistics).

Important: After the first login you have to do the following points (for regulatory reasons):
- Complete your registration information and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Inet-Cash GmbH
- Send the required documents



Dear Webmaster:

On Wednesday, the 7th of December 2011 we will start our relaunch. For this reason, there could be malfunctions or failures of the payment between 8.00 and 10.00 clock (MEZ).


New business partner

With the relaunch you will get a new business partner. The new system will no longer run by RK Medienverlags GmbH (RK). Your new business partner will be the Inet-Cash GmbH (Inet-Cash). Of course all your contacts are still available.


New System (Inet-Cash GmbH)

After the first login you have to do the following points (for regulatory reasons):
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Inet-Cash
- Complete your registration information
- Send the required documents


Old system (RK Medienverlags GmbH)

The statistics which refer to the old sytem will be still available in the old system. All payout from this system will be done by RK.


Transitional period (2 business partners)

As already mentioned you have 2 business partners during a transitional period of time. This has the following reason:
- All fees, holdbacks, chargebacks or debt collections which derived from the old system will stay only in the old system.
- All fees, holdbacks, chargebacks or debt collections which derived from the new system will stay only in the old system.


As a foretaste we could give you some insight on some new features:

- New payment sites (Member-Cash and Shop)
- Payment pages are maintained in German, English, Spanish, French and Polish
- Options for granting access to multiple members areas (package setups)
- Quickpay payment (Member-Cash and Shop)
- Time-limited access types (variants) possible (e.g. for christmas special)
- Refunds are possible directly from the admin area
- Stats-Accounts possible
- New affiliate system
- Your own affiliate program for your web sites, including full accounting and settlement to your affiliates, based on percentage, fixed or "per lead" commissions
- Many new statistics (including real-time statistics)
- Completely new structure of gateways and databases

but the english in the german email is much better than the OPs english...

und mit sicherheit gibt es auch ein paar deutsche die vernünftig english sprechen

we already discussed this by email. You can keep the old links and everything is tracked, although there are new links available which support campaigns, etc.

The new site is www.inet-cash.com - same login data as you used at www.affiliate-cash.de

Well, that was almost nice ...

They want to do international business so they should have some knowledge of the Englisch language ... which they have by the way ...

and i'd bet (by %age) there are more germans speaking english than US-EN fellas speaking german :pimp (AND they dont confuse THEIR, THEY'RE and such) :1orglaugh

now that they moved to the new system they suddenly require certain documents the passport and a utility bill of the affiliate.
I am one.
it is unclear if these documents are mandatory for receiving payments as an affiliate.
I asked them that in very simple words in plain english but they still can't under the question.

did anyone figure the answer to that one yet?

Are brilliant business entities

Their system has always been complete and utter crap.

I wonder if they realize how much money they loose from their lack of support
