Need Help With Phone Sex SEO

First off, sorry for the long post. I am a new webmaster in the phone sex business, as well as a pso (phone sex operator) and I'd like to know how I might make the most out of my site (phone bonein') by marketing and advertising. :helpmeI've worked dispatch and direct dial as a contractor previously so I made plenty of regulars on their platform, but I haven't the slightest idea of how those companies got their clients aside from top sites and magazines.

I really have no clue how to market much and would love some help from you gurus. So far, I've submitted both sites to over 70 search engines. I have both sites on a few popular top sites that I pay for monthly, one site has a blog which is also gets ranked on google with keywords. I've had one site up since July which gets some traffic but not as much as I'd like. I keep my IMs open as clients use those to contact before calls and I have removed buy now and tips buttons which I plan on posting back up. I also use google analytics for reports. I do use a backup service to take calls if I cannot come to the phone but things are super slow. (holidays?)

Some of the content I use is too professional but the guys don't seem to tell the difference. I am leaning more on exgf content only for my future sites though, as I feel they appear more realistic and it's a slim chance the competition has them. (exgfcontent.com your stuff rocks!!)

I have two sites for you to critique to see if they are screaming "call me!"

phone a teen dot com
nolas house of phone dot com

So far, my small knowledge base of marketing in the phone business is:
back links
updated content (blogs)
blogging
affiliate programs (imlive, niche affiliates)
top sites
adult forums
networking sites
newsgroups
newspapers/magazines
backpage (paid ads)

I really haven't explored affiliate programs except for the back up service, adult forums, networking sites, back links, newspapers/magazines or newsgroups because I'm a bit cautious as how they work and if it's worth dabbling in, and I'm on a tight budget. I've heard that any advertisement is good advertisement though! So, besides the things I've listed, and obviously having site presence, and consistency in marketing is important, I have no idea how to get the dough rolling. There are some ladies who own their sites who do very well, even during the holiday seasons but I'm usually too afraid to approach them for info so I lurk on the forums.:( I am writing out a business plan, as I'd like to eventually hire girls in a two year frame, obviously, until I can get traffic I only work alone. I may be into hiring a PSO SEO lady for around $200 soon, but as far as that goes I don't know what to do. Any help will do, and thank you.

My google analytitics account says:

480 Visits
333 Unique Visitors
12,347 Pageviews
25.72 Pages/Visit
00:03:12 Avg. Time on Site
21.88% Bounce Rate
66.67% % New Visits

160 returning visitors though I haven't used google analytics for but about two or three months, the site has only been around since June/July. The teen site I just now put up.

The percentage of calls isn't very high on my site alone. I have my girls also on other platforms that come in.

I've also been told twice that when people view it their system says my site is suspicious of malware. I've run google's malware website test on it and it doesn't say it has or has ever had anything. I have no idea how to get rid of it.
