Beat duplicate content penalties with article submissions
 

I notice that there's still too many webmasters submitting the SAME article to article sub sites. Duplicate content penalty reduces the value of those links. Remember to SPIN them then submit them.

Original quality human generated content is the only way to go.

This is true. Programs Like NukeX and others try to spin the content or even blend it, but it still is caught as duplicate content and will only hurt you in the end.

ORIGINAL CONTENT IS THE KEY.

Golden rule is to submit to quality article directories instead of just article directories. Spinning is not a waste but make the spin quite good and submit the article only to a few article directories and not hundreds. It will give results.

What are the Best adult ones to submit too?

Willing to put your money where you mouth is? I will use nothing but span content to build links and we'll see if my KW moves up ro down. Let's make it a three weeks trial just ot be on the safe side....

Of course, if you mean having span content on your site, not sure that people still do this.
