He can payout any pps he wants on a free signup and make a profit as long as his average revshare return from free cc verify signups is greater. Since it appears he's going to be paying out $60 per signup, its a much better deal than getting paid only $40 by promoting streamate directly via mtree.

The MTree revshare is 30% and there's no way Camgirls.com could ever match that. The only way to make a whitelabel cam site attractive to affiliates is by offering a higher PPS than the original site (which is $40).
