Selling an Adult Content related E-Book using PAYPAL

Selling an Adult Content related E-Book using PAYPAL

We have a 300 page, all original content on Sexuality, Sexual Positions and overall all new-wave Sex Thinking.

We've tried several times to contact Paypal directly to see if we could use them as an option, but we never get a reply.

Is anyone else selling content like this via PAYPAL?

Thanks for your time.

They don't allow adult related sales, check their TOS.

People use them for selling adult domains all the time on ebay, but usually they don't find out until you have a money dispute, and then they may close your account.

From your description of the product it's aimed at consumers so you wont be able to use Paypal.

If you offer business to business services related to adult, it is possible to speak to Paypal, have your service reviewed and gain approval. If it's not a B2B service you are out of luck.

email [email protected] to discuss approval for B2B products or services.

Of course there's a gamble when mixing adult and Paypal, but from what I've read here by others there are plenty of exceptions, since it's an ebook and not a tangible product it probably wouldn't be a good idea.

I sell photography instructional ebooks & video tutorial videos all the time using Paypal and as of yet, have never had an issue with them. I market this stuff as educational material so maybe that's the reason. My ebooks & tutorial videos do contain nudity but they've never frozen my account or inquired.

My advice is to market it and package it as educational material and give it a shot :thumbsup

Good luck!!!

if paypal doesn't work you could try www.createspace.com which is owned by amazon. I don't know what the fees are but they sell e books, they have a wizard where you can make a book. You can design or make a cover from a template then upload the word file. You then can sell it in their marketplace and they print it out per order. I think you can sell dvds as well. I know a few people who have used it for books they could not get published and they just deduct whatever fee from the orders.

They do sell shit like this so its worth a shot if you have no other options:
http://www.amazon.com/Expert-Guide-P...274400&sr=1-10

http://www.amazon.com/Vivid-Video-Se...274789&sr=1-11

Best of luck to ya
