Gingrich Plummets, Ron Paul Surges to Lead in New Poll 12/19
A new survey of likely Republican caucus voters shows Ron Paul leading the pack in Iowa.
In a Public Policy Polling survey released Sunday, the Texas congressman garnered 23 percent of the vote. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney followed with 20 percent, while former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich finished with 14 percent. PPP surveyed 597 likely voters from Friday to Sunday. The margin of error for the survey is plus or minus 4 percent. The poll was not paid for or authorized by any campaign or political organization, and was conducted through automated telephone interviews. PPP is a Democratic polling company, but polling expert Nate Silver of the New York Times found that its surveys in 2010 actually exhibited a slight bias toward Republican candidates, according to a company press release. The poll’s full results are as follows: — Ron Paul, 23 percent — Mitt Romney, 20 percent — Newt Gingrich, 14 percent — Rick Santorum, 10 percent — Michele Bachmann, 10 percent — Rick Perry, 10 percent — Jon Huntsman, 4 percent — Gary Johnson, 2 percent. — 7 percent of respondents said they would vote for someone else, or were not sure who they would support. http://caucuses.desmoinesregister.co...k-in-new-poll/ http://www.ronpaul2012.com |
just more evidence how degenerate and pathetic the republican candidates are. nothing more.

The only thing in evidence here is that you are some kind bot that automatically jumps on any Ron Paul thread within *seconds* of the initial post LOL-
Your programmer should fine tune you to at least wait a full 1 minute before you post your drive-by smears to make it look more natural at least haha I know it says in the post time that you did wait 1 minute but thats only because vbulletin does not count by the second. It was literally 10 seconds at most before you jumped on this thread. Pathetic :1orglaugh I can actually smell the fear from here as the dam is breaking and you have to face the fact that you have failed to stem the tide of support for Congressman Paul. You cant stop an idea whose time has come little man. Quote:

Because we all know what happened in the Iowa primaries in 2008, and what a big impact it had on the Presidential election:
http://www.hyscience.com/looney_tunes_copy.jpg Iowa 2008 Republican Primary results: Mike Huckabee 40,841 votes (34.4%) Mitt Romney 29,949 (25.2%) Fred Thompson 15,904 (13.4%) John McCain 15,559 (13.1%) Ron Paul 11,817 (10.0%) ADG |
And in related news , I got a hair cut yesterday

My handlers tell me I should troll this thread. I COULD SEE THE FEAR IN THEIR EYES AS THEY HANDED ME MY ORDERS

This could be an interesting start to the primary. Paul pulling ahead in Iowa, but Romney is way out in front in New Hampshire and Newt is way out in front in South Carolina so we could have 3 different winners in the first 3 elections. The thing is, since they changed the rules, all of them will get delegates based on how many votes they get so it could cause the election to drag on for a little while which ultimately benefits those who can raise the most money and appeal to the more moderates of the party.

I do. There's a little link saying "view post" dummy... also, the singular reason I continue to post this stuff is because of people like you and Coup posting bs so you are truly your own worst enemy and very ineffective if stoping me posting is your goal. If egging me on and encouraging me to post is your goal however then you are doing a fantastic job. :thumbsup

Good. I hope Paul's success makes certain news networks Eat some shit for the deliberate blackout they've been pushing on him.
Just wish he'd be a little more vicious regarding foreign policy... but then again many in the military are with him, so he must not be all wrong in terms of war. |
The New York Times is predicting Ron Paul will win Iowa as well now:

no candidates will get the majority of delegates. This is going to a brokered convention. Best way to cap this is which candidate has the best insider connections...i would expect romney to buy the prize.
i will shout ron paul from the rooftops. but even if he gets the biggest chunk of delegates, no chance in hell he gets through a brokered convention. |

And this bs doesn't even matter to those who have followed Ron Paul, read his books, etc... because it's obvious that the man is not racist. Being racist goes against his entire philosophy. lol |
Also, something tells me that those articles which were not written by him are the only things that you can use to connect Ron Paul to racism.
I really doubt you could find anything that he actually said or wrote that even comes close to the stuff written in some of those old articles. |

Ten warning signs regarding people involved in/with a potentially unsafe group/leader.
Extreme obsessiveness regarding the group/leader resulting in the exclusion of almost every practical consideration. Individual identity, the group, the leader and/or God as distinct and separate categories of existence become increasingly blurred. Instead, in the follower's mind these identities become substantially and increasingly fused--as that person's involvement with the group/leader continues and deepens. Whenever the group/leader is criticized or questioned it is characterized as "persecution". Uncharacteristically stilted and seemingly programmed conversation and mannerisms, cloning of the group/leader in personal behavior. Dependency upon the group/leader for problem solving, solutions, and definitions without meaningful reflective thought. A seeming inability to think independently or analyze situations without group/leader involvement. Hyperactivity centered on the group/leader agenda, which seems to supercede any personal goals or individual interests. A dramatic loss of spontaneity and sense of humor. Increasing isolation from family and old friends unless they demonstrate an interest in the group/leader. Anything the group/leader does can be justified no matter how harsh or harmful. Former followers are at best-considered negative or worse evil and under bad influences. They can not be trusted and personal contact is avoided. |
