Anyone from ThatOneProgram.com? Are they still paying?
 

I have attempted to get in touch with them via their ticket system, leaving responses in 3xTom threads, etc to no avail.

I can't find any ICQ # or any alternative methods of contact and would like to be paid out the balance on my account.

Is this program dead or what? Anyone have an ICQ for 3xTom or anyone else from ThatOneProgram.com?

Might as well be dead if they never reply to you. I'm having trouble with a different program currently who hasn't made payout but promised to a couple of months ago. I contacted them yesterday to get the status and they said they won't pay, might be on GFY soon.

I do not understand why some programs simply use CCBILL, and let the webmasters happy!

They prefer lose the reputation...

It's understandable. There have been some staffing changes, other company changes, and of course life gets in the way at times too.

The bottom line is they are great people and they will follow up.

The ticket system inside NATS sucks in my opinion ( dont get me wrong i love me some nats ) but this ticket system is a huge FAIL... I cant ever find tickets from anyone
as our system is bombarded with system tickets so If i looked over your ticket you submitted there I am sorry...

ALWAYS contact me thru Email or skype I hardly ever turn ICQ on anymore either so
I guess I should take that off that contact page as well.

Again sorry for not responding to your ticket but not being able to find my contact information kind of baffles me a little bit..

Hey Tom, the username now is aliasx [for the current nats] I see a few sales in there but I think this might have been from the previous stats setup you had.

Did you switch stat systems or upgrade at one point, this is going back a while now.. .

Alias yes we started on MPA and switched over to NATS at one point

What I see is that the balance of 22.38 was carried over from the old MPA system and you havent made any sales since then. We do have a 50 min. payout therefore if you shoot us 2 more sales you should be covered for that payout...

Trisha, Blacklableskin, katvixen, and the new Liz remake is doing awesome right now.. If we can do anything at all to help you hit that minimum let me know and we will do whatever it takes to get it done.

Hey Tom thanks for taking the time to reply. For whatever reason I had clicked "Support" once logged in and did not think of clicking "Contact" while logged out, so I never saw the additional methods of contact.

Would NATS allow you to put those details on the "Support" page? Might help avoid these situations in the future since the NATS Support tab doesn't seem a viable solution.

As mentioned didn't want to create the thread but was unable to get in touch via the avenues I tried.

Just wanted to drop a line here to say that Tom got things all fixed up for me. Incredibly helpful and quick sending the check. I was at fault originally for not having my W9 on file.

He has since added the additional methods of contact to the "Support" page to help in these situations in the future.
