Anyone from ThatOneProgram.com? Are they still paying?
I have attempted to get in touch with them via their ticket system, leaving responses in 3xTom threads, etc to no avail.
I can't find any ICQ # or any alternative methods of contact and would like to be paid out the balance on my account. Is this program dead or what? Anyone have an ICQ for 3xTom or anyone else from ThatOneProgram.com? :helpme |

Might as well be dead if they never reply to you. I'm having trouble with a different program currently who hasn't made payout but promised to a couple of months ago. I contacted them yesterday to get the status and they said they won't pay, might be on GFY soon.

Did you switch stat systems or upgrade at one point, this is going back a while now.. . |

Hey Tom thanks for taking the time to reply. For whatever reason I had clicked "Support" once logged in and did not think of clicking "Contact" while logged out, so I never saw the additional methods of contact.
Would NATS allow you to put those details on the "Support" page? Might help avoid these situations in the future since the NATS Support tab doesn't seem a viable solution. As mentioned didn't want to create the thread but was unable to get in touch via the avenues I tried. I will be emailing you the details shortly. Just wanted to drop a line here to say that Tom got things all fixed up for me. Incredibly helpful and quick sending the check. I was at fault originally for not having my W9 on file.
He has since added the additional methods of contact to the "Support" page to help in these situations in the future. Thanks Tom! I only wish all programs were this helpful. :thumbsup |
